"Situation: One of our plants had multiple ineffective and unreliable End-of Arm Tooling, when I was informed of the situation, SAS was the first and only call I made. The SAS Service Van rolled on-site with the modular End-of-Arm Tooling system and began tending to our situation. Given the short notice (short is an understatement) any components not on board the service van were readily available for same day shipment. The SAS standardized modular End-of-Arm Tooling system not only worked for this urgent situation, but will reduce future downtime and the number of components vendors."
